TENDER NOTICE
SPOT IMPROVEMENT OF LISTED ROADS
Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) is a State Corporation established under the Kenya Roads Act 2007 with the responsibility for management, development and maintenance of rural roads.
The Authority hereby invites bids from construction companies prequalified in Nyamira Region with a registration of NCA 7 and above to bid for Spot Improvement works on the listed roads.
Bidders are requested to downloaded full details of the advertisement and tender documents from the Authority’s website www.kerra.go.ke with effect from Thursday 21st June, 2018 or obtained from the procurement office upon payment of Kshs.1, 000 to A/C NO. 111 434 3196, KENYA RURAL ROADS AUTHORITY, KENYA COMMERCIAL BANK, MOI AVENUE BRANCH.
Pre-bid site visit shall be open but mandatory and bidders are free to visit the sites with prior arrangements with the regional manager/representatives. Bidders must ensure the Pre-bid site visit certificates are signed by the Regional Manager/Representative.

Completed Bid Documents should be deposited in the tender box at the Regional Manager’s Office so as to be received on or before Thursday 5th July, 2018 at 10.00 am.
Opening of the Bids shall commence at 10:15 am at the Regional Manager’s office in the presence of Bidders/Representatives who wish to attend.
