KeRRA, Machakos region invites bids from eligible construction firms, pre –qualified in Machakos Region in respective constituencies and categories for Road works as outlined below.
QUALIFICATION FOR BIDDING
The requirements for bidding are as follows:
- Certified Copy of Certificate of Incorporation.
- Certified Copy NCA certificate
- Certified Copy of PIN & VAT registration.
- Certificate of registration under the disadvantaged group categorized as Women, Youth or persons with disability. (For Disadvantaged groups only)
- Copy of Valid Tax compliance certificate.
- Similar previous experience
- Professional and Technical personnel
- Properly filled Anti – corruption pledge form
- Litigation history (Current Sworn Affidavit)
- Site visit certificate
- Certified copy of CR12
- Serialized document (All Pages)
- Equipment Holding
- Audited balance sheet for last 3years
- Others as specified in the tender document
Interested Prequalified and eligible bidders may download tender documents from KeRRA website www.kerra.go.ke or obtain the documents from Regional Office at Machakos, upon payment of non – refundable fee of Kshs: 1,000.00 by bankers’ cheque in favor of Kenya Rural Roads Authority against an official receipt of the Authority.
Completely filled bid documents should be returned as indicated below.
