INVITATION FOR TENDERS

Tenders are invited for the execution and completion of hereunder listed roads in Eldas constituency for those prequalified contractors in the Constituency as per the list posted on the notice board of the Regional manager or KeRRA website.

Tenders are invited for the execution and completion of hereunder listed roads in Tarbaj constituency for those prequalified contractors in the Constituency as per the list posted on the notice board of the Regional manager or KeRRA website.

Tenders are invited for the execution and completion of hereunder listed roads in Wajir East constituency for those prequalified contractors in the Constituency as per the list posted on the notice board of the Regional manager or KeRRA website.

Tenders are invited for the execution and completion of hereunder listed roads in Wajir North constituency for those prequalified contractors in the Constituency as per the list posted on the notice board of the Regional manager or KeRRA website.

Tenders are invited for the execution and completion of hereunder listed roads in Wajir South constituency for those prequalified contractors in the Constituency as per the list posted on the notice board of the Regional manager or KeRRA website.

Tenders are invited for the execution and completion of hereunder listed roads in Wajir West constituency for those prequalified contractors in the Constituency as per the list posted on the notice board of the Regional manager or KeRRA website.

A complete set of Tender Documents may be collected from the Regional Procurement Office during Normal working hours upon the presentation of ksh.1000.00-receipt paid to Kenya rural road authority KCB A/c No .1114343196-Moi Avenue Nairobi. There shall not be a mandatory Pre-Tender site Visit for now in the above constituency.

 Mandatory requirement includes but are not limited to the following;

• Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
• Copy ofvalid Tax Compliance Certificate,
• Copy ofValid Registration certificate with National Construction Authority in the categories specified above and valid practicing license,
• Copies of Vat and Pin Certificates of the company,
• CR12 of the company,
• Special group certificate,
• All pages to be serialized,
• Other Evaluation Criteria in the Tender Document

Interested eligible bidders may also obtain tender documents free of charge available from the KeRRA website, www.kerra.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke. Duly filled Tender Documents shall be submitted in plain sealed envelopes (One Document per envelope) marked with Contract Number and Road Name addressed to the:-

Or be deposited in the Tender Box located within the Deputy Director’s offices on or before 4^th December 2020. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of Tenderer’s representatives who choose to attend and late bids will not be accepted.
