NYAMIRA REGION 14th January, 2019 Ref: KeRRA/NYR/PROC/VOL.1/90 TENDER NOTICE Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) is a State Corporation established under the Kenya Roads Act 2007 with the responsibility for management, development and maintenance of rural roads. The Authority hereby invites bids for the following road works in Nyamira Region from prequalified construction companies with a registration of NCA 8 and above to bid on the listed roads. Bidders are requested to downloaded full details of the advertisement and tender documents from the Authority’s website www.kerra.go.ke with effect from Tuesday 14th January, 2019 or obtained from the procurement office upon payment of Kshs.1, 000 to A/C NO. 111 434 3196, KENYA RURAL ROADS AUTHORITY, KENYA COMMERCIAL BANK, MOI AVENUE BRANCH. Pre-bid site visit shall be open but mandatory and bidders are free to visit the sites with prior arrangements with the Regional Manager’s representative. Bidders must ensure the Pre-bid site visit certificates are signed by the Regional Manager/Representative.

Completed Bid Documents should be deposited in the tender box at the Regional Manager’s Office so as to be received on or before Monday 28th January, 2019 at 10.00 am. Opening of the Bids shall commence at 10:15 am at the Regional Manager’s office in the presence of Bidders/Representatives who wish to attend.
