ROADS 10,000 PROGRAMME: INVITATION TOTENDER FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF 10,000 KMS

OF ROADS SUPPORTING PRIMARY GROWTH SECTORS

UPGRADING TO BITUMEN STANDARD AND PERFORMANCE BASED ROUTINE MAINTENANCE OF ROADS UNDER BATCH 2K LOT 1A

Pursuant to Clause 11 and 22 of the Instruction To Bidders, the Authority wishes to make changes to the Addendum No2 that appeared in Daily Nation on Wednesday 6^th June, 2018 as follows:-

The other information on the bid documents relating to the Tender remains UNCHANGED. Pre-bid site visits shall be open BUT MANDATORY and bidders are advised to visit the sites with prior arrangements with the KeRRA Regional Managers for Nyeri, Migori, Narok and Kakamega regions respectively.

Bidders must ensure the Site Visit Certificate is signed by the Regional Manager. The list of contact details for the Regional Manager is available on the Authority’s Website.

Detailed information on the revised tender will be available for downloading FREE of CHARGE on the Authority’s Website www.kerra.go.ke with effect from 12^th June, 2018.

The sealed bids MUST be submitted to the address below located on 6^th floor Blue Shield Towers or deposited in the Tender Box on or before 14^th June, 2018 (RWC 552 & 553) and on 28^th June, 2018 at 10.00 a.m (RWC 551). Thereafter, opening of the bids will take place at the same venue starting from 10:15 am.

Bids not received at the submission venue by the closing time will not be accepted for opening and will be rejected and returned unopened.

Bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit of KeRRA at the address below during working hours from 09:00 to 16:00 hrs local time Monday to Friday.
