TENDER NOTICE
Kenya Rural Roads Authority is a State Corporation established under the Kenya Roads Act 2007 with the responsibility for management, development and maintenance of rural roads.
The Authority hereby invites bids for the following road works in Nyamira Region from construction companies prequalified with a registration of NCA 8 and above within the Region.

Tender documents containing details of specific terms and conditions can be downloaded from the KeRRA website www.kerra.go.ke from Friday 11th May, 2018 or obtained from the procurement office upon payment of Kshs.1, 000 to A/C No. 111 434 3196, Kenya Rural Roads Authority, Kenya Commercial Bank, Moi Avenue Branch – Nairobi.
Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes (one document per envelope) marked with tender name and tender number should be addressed to The Regional Manager, Kenya Rural Roads Authority, P.O. Box 27 – 50400 Nyamira, or be deposited in the tender box located within the Regional Manager’s Offices on or before Thursday 24th May, 2018 at 10.00 am. Submitted Bids will be opened at 10:15 am in the presence of Tenderers or their Representatives who choose to attend. Late Bids will be returned unopened.
Mandatory Pretender site visits for interested Bidders shall be held as per the attached schedule. Interested Bidders shall assemble at the Regional Manager’s office at 9.00 am. Contractors are advised to make their own transport arrangements to the sites.
