Eligible Bidders must meet the following criteria, among others;
- Be pre-qualified in the respective constituency and category (Applicable for ALL Only).If Youth, Women and Persons with Disability wish to participate in ALL, they must be prequalified in the respective constituency.
- Have a valid tax compliance Certificate.
- Individually attend mandatory pre-tender site visit, 8th February 2018 for Pokot South Constituency and 9th February 2018 for Sigor Constituency.
- Valid NCA certificate.
- Youth, Women and People with Disabilities, the company must be registered under the preference categories as Women, Youth or Persons with Disabilities and show proof of registration with the relevant government body and category.
Tender documents detailing additional requirements, specification and scope of works may be obtained from KeRRA West Pokot Regional Headquarters in Kapenguria located within Public Works Building during normal working days (Monday-Friday) and hours (8:00am-5:00pm) upon payment of a non refundable fee of Kshs.1000 in form of a Bank PAY-IN-SLIP payable to; Account name-KeRRA

Completed tender documents in Wax sealed plain envelopes marked with Tender Number (on the face of the tender document) and Road Name, without bidder’s identity, should be deposited in the Tender Box located outside the Regional Manager’s (West Pokot) Office or be addressed and sent to;
