TENDER NOTICE  

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE OF VARIOUS ROADS IN NYANDARUA REGION FUNDED UNDER 10% MINISTERS ALLOCATION, FINANCIAL YEAR  2023/2024

The Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) is a State corporation established under the Kenya Roads Act, 2007, with the responsibility for Management, Development, Rehabilitation and Maintenance of Rural Roads.

KeRRA Nyandarua Region invites bids from Eligible Construction Companies who are AGPO Registered Firms to bid for the Routine Maintenance of various Roads in as listed below to be financed under the RMLF 10% Ministers Allocation in the Financial Year 2023-2024.

Detailed information on the tenders and the tender documents will be available for downloading free of charge on the Authority’s Website www.kerra.go.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) portal: www.ppip.go.ke  as from 17^th October,2023.

To enhance equity, bidders may bid for more than one tender pursuant to this invitation to tender but can only be considered for award of one tender under this tender notice.

Completed tender documents should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender

Name, Tender Number and deposited in the Tender Boxes located within the Kenya Rural Roads Authority Nyandarua Regional Office, Nyahururu Town or be addressed and posted to the below address on or before the opening/closing dates and time given.

So as to be received on or before Wednesday,1^st November,2023 at 10:00 am and will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidder’s representatives who may choose to attend. 

Bids not received at the submission venue by the closing date and time will not be accepted for opening and will be rejected and returned unopened.
