ROUTINE MAINTENANCE AND SPOT IMPROVEMENT OF VARIOUS ROADS FOR 10 % RLMF FY 2022/2023
The Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) is a State Corporation Established under the Kenya Roads Act, 2007, with the responsibility for Management, Development, Rehabilitation and Maintenance of National Trunk Roads; Class C.
The KeRRA-Vihiga Region hereby invites Bids from eligible (KeRRA-Vihiga Registered and Special Groups Construction Companies to bid for Routine Maintenance and Spot Improvement Works on various roads in the County as listed below. These projects will be Financed by the Government of Kenya under RLMF 10% Funding in the FY 2022-2023.

Pre -tender site visit is scheduled for 24th January,2023. Bidders are to make their own arrangements to visit the sites before quoting. The site visit should be done by bidder’s proposed Site Agent who will pick site visit certificate from our regional office after the site visit only on the dates stated for the exercise. Soft copies of the Tender documents detailing additional requirements, specification and scope of works should be obtained free from KeRRA Website; www.kerra.go.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) portal: www.ppip.go.ke.
Completed Bid- documents in Wax sealed plain envelopes marked with tender Numbers and road/Tender name description, without bidder’s identity, should be deposited in the clearly marked Tender Box located at the Regional Office or be addressed and sent to;

So as to be received on or before 31st January, 2023 at 10.00 am. Bids submitted after this prescribed time shall be rejected. All pages of the Bids MUST be duly Sequentially paginated (1, 2, 3, 4….) from the first cover page to the last cover page including the blank pages.
